Plaza Ventures is pleased to announce the addition of two new members to its investment team

Daniel Israelsohn has joined as Vice President. Daniel is a seasoned finance professional (HBA/MBA/CA), whose prior role was as Vice President of Finance and Operations at Firmex, where he helped the SaaS company scale to 8-figure revenue and assisted with its sale to a private equity firm. Prior to Firmex, Daniel was with PwC for eight years in a variety of roles. Dan will manage portfolio reporting and scale-up advisory functions, in addition to assessing new deal flow from financial and operational perspectives.

David Hao has joined as Analyst. David is pursuing his BCom at Queen’s University, where he is an active member of several entrepreneurial groups with a particular emphasis on blockchain. David is a tech enthusiast and is passionate about the startup ecosystem. David will assist with deal flow analysis, market research, modelling and portfolio performance analysis.
