PV Fund I LP Closes

October 2, 2013: Plaza Ventures has closed its first early-growth-stage investment limited partnership, PV Fund I LP. Over 15 angels and groups participated. Fund I will invest in three outstanding growth stage companies by the end of 2013. The investment partnership methodology is to raise partner capital, combined with Plazacorp capital, and invest in lock-step with the capital raising efforts. This is a co-investment model, not an asset management model. Plaza Ventures is constantly screening companies down to a short list for each partnership LP. PV Fund II LP will open for angel participation early in the new year.
