GuestDriven announces their inclusion in the Gartner Report during the 2015 HFTP ‘HITEC’ Trade show

GuestDriven, a Guest Engagement Platform provider at the forefront of innovation in travel technology, has been included in the 2015 Cool Vendors in Travel and Hospitality Report published May 28 by Gartner, the world’s leading information technology research and advisory company.

Gartner selected only three travel and hospitality firms for the 2015 publication of this report, which is published annually by Gartner. Included this year along with GuestDriven were Mobile Travel Technologies and RezNext. Gartner reports are objective and subject to strict, proprietary methodologies. As such we believe the significance of being included in a Gartner Research Report is highly validating for a technology firm.

GuestDriven announces their inclusion in the report as the biggest trade show in the travel technology industry approaches – HITEC by HFTP, which will take place this week in Austin TX June 15-18. During HITEC attendees from hotels globally will be able to meet the GuestDriven team and see live demonstrations of the Guest Engagement Platform.

To accompany its in-stay solution Engage, GuestDriven launched its Express pre-stay solution in late 2014. Guests can check-in online and choose exclusive offers and upgrades prior to arrival, which is a strong window for conversions.
